The YWCA of Oil City Youth Department operates
under the direction of our Youth Director.
YWCA girls' club
After school clubs are provided for girls in
grades 4-9. Thursday, grades 4-5 meet 4:00-5:30pm
and Wednesday, grades 6-9 meet 3:00-4:30 pm.
Clubs run September through May.
Clubs meet under the supervision of our Youth
Director. A relaxed environment is provided for
girls to discuss issues affecting them, socialize
and have fun.
Activities and topics include:
Cooking, crafting, nutrition & fitness, sports,
fashion, leadership development, self-esteem,career
development, and more.
OUR youth also have access to a game room and a
computer lab. Youth are also involved in YWCA fundraising
activities and community events
Programs and activities are also available to
children grades K-3. * Youth memberships are NOT
required for childrens programming.

YWCA TEEN DANCES
The YWCA of Oil City holds teen dances throughout
the year to provide a safe, supervised and fun event
to the teens in the community.
All dances are held Friday evenings from 7:00-9:30 pm.
Dances are intended for youth in grades 6-9. Music is
provided by DJ Posey. Admission is $4 per person.
Adult chaperones and staff are on-site and closely
supervise the dances both inside and outside the facility.
